Life Pharmacy regularly collaborates with a number of prestige beauty brands, targeting loyalty card members who frequently purchase from these ranges. To promote upcoming offers and drive repeat purchases, personalised direct mail campaigns were used to communicate exclusive promotions in advance.
One of the largest campaigns promoted multiple brand offers alongside a grand prize trip to New York City. I was tasked with developing a cohesive creative theme across all promotional materials, including a personalised booklet and in-store point-of-sale displays. The concept drew on the “Big Apple” theme, visually linking the prize destination with the wider campaign creative.
In addition to major campaigns, monthly mailers and point-of-sale materials were produced to promote in-store specials. These mailers were data-merged, enabling efficient production while maintaining accuracy across personalised content.
