Aberdeen University Student Association commissioned the design of their annual student handbook, a reference guide covering recreational activities, student societies and campus facilities for the academic year.
I worked on this account during my time in agency. My approach to the layout was to built on a structured grid system to bring order and clear hierarchy to a high volume of information. A strong sports photography library was provided and I handpicked the strongest throughout to give the handbook energy and visual impact.
The work proved successful enough that we were commissioned to design the following year's edition using the same design system.
