Travel Associates is Flight Centre Travel Group's luxury travel brand, serving high-net-worth clients through a national network of specialist advisors. Working as Senior Creative during one of the travel industry's highest-volume post-COVID recovery periods, I delivered multi-channel campaign creative across partner-funded campaigns and premium events - maintaining the brand's premium positioning.

The Travel Associates Conference theme reimagined The Greatest Showman into “The Greatest Brand” a concept designed to celebrate the prestige, people and performance of the business. I developed the creative for the event using the distinctive Travel Associates gem shape as a spotlight device throughout to create a stronger connection back to the brand.

Each year, Travel Associates promotes the Parrtjima – A Festival in Light, celebrating Aboriginal art, culture and storytelling. For this campaign, I developed the creative rollout using supplied festival imagery to build the visual backgrounds across all hero campaign assets. The artwork was designed to showcase the vibrancy and uniqueness of the festival while creating a premium and cohesive campaign presence across multiple marketing channels.

Travel Associates partnered with a range of prestige travel brands to promote exclusive products and experiences to Travel Associates advisors. The Aurora Cruises campaign was one example of these premium partner campaigns that I concepted and designed during my time there.

To highlight the exclusive offer, I introduced a gold feature panel to create a sense of luxury and contrast against the cool, icy tones of the campaign imagery. Consistent visual storytelling was carried throughout the customer journey, with the same imagery and design language applied across all campaign touch points.
